Terms and Conditions for Blue Cow Practice, Beyond Your Practice Room, GoPro, Fully Booked Academy, and Associated Brands

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Blue Cow Practice and its associated brands, including but not limited to Beyond Your Practice Room, GoPro, Fully Booked Academy, and other affiliated brands (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By accessing and using our services, including online programs, done-with-you services, and online educational products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Disclaimer

The Company provides guidance, educational content, and tools for practice growth and management, as well as for creating new verticals in online teaching and education for chiropractors and other healthcare professionals. While we strive to offer high-quality resources, the success of any practice or online venture depends on numerous factors, including individual effort and market conditions. As such, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or success from the use of our services.

Liability

The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This limitation of liability applies to all services and programs provided by Blue Cow Practice, Beyond Your Practice Room, GoPro, Fully Booked Academy, and any associated brands.

Withdrawal and Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from any service agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. This withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded for services. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement to [email protected].

This does not apply to The BYPR Success Club Membership Annual Subscription.

Once the 14-day period has passed, no refunds will be provided for any programs, services, or products purchased from

Blue Cow Practice, Beyond Your Practice Room, GoPro, Course Lab, The Success Club Membership, Fully Booked Academy, or associated brands.

For digital content or services accessed immediately after purchase, you may be asked to waive your right to the 14-day withdrawal period upon accessing the service.

All intellectual property rights, including content, materials, methodologies, and branding related to our services, are the sole property of the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, share, or distribute any material from our services without explicit written permission from the Company.
